ISC Business Suites

Business Suites are available to current exhibitors. You may order a business suite via your exhibitor account in the exhibitor portal.

Standard business suite rental fee includes use of the suite for the full conference dates.
Suites are fully enclosed and carpeted. The standard suite fee does not include: furnishings, electrical or food & beverage. These services can be ordered through ISC preferred contractors.

Learning Lab business suites allow exhibitor programming on the show floor whenever the exhibit hall is open. This programming is promoted by AHA/ASA. The Learning Lab business suites are fully enclosed and carpeted. Fees do not include furniture, electricity, A/V, food & beverage. These services can be ordered through ISC preferred contractors.

BUSINESS SUITE TURNKEY PACKAGES

The only modification allowed to these packages will be the option to decline an item currently included. The package rate will not be reduced if an item included in a package is declined.  Additional add-ons can be ordered for the turnkey packages to include electrical and food & beverage service.

 20’x20’ Business suite $25,000 and includes:

AHA/ASA International Stroke Conference Cancellation Schedule:
AHA/ASA requires a 50% deposit before exhibit space will be confirmed. Cancellation or space reduction will result in a 50% penalty through July 26, 2024. Beginning July 29, 2024, AHA/ASA requires payment in full and retains 100% of contracted space for space reduction or cancellation.
