ISLAND BOOTH STRUCTURE & SCHEMATICS

Exhibitors with island booths of 400 square feet or more, structures exceeding 10 feet in height and/or two-story booths must submit booth schematics to the AHA Exhibits Department for review and approval

We have already heard reports of aggressive callers from various unaffiliated groups that send out email solicitations or call you with reduced room rates. Please be advised that the Only company authorized to arrange hotel reservations is OnPeak, via AHA’s Annual Meeting website. These companies often represent themselves as sanctioned by AHA, but they are not.
