Exhibit Space Rates & Assignment Procedures

On-site renewal rate through Feb. 28, 2022 $34 per sq. ft.
Early Bird rate through July 29, 2022 $36 per sq. ft.
Standard rate starts Aug. 1, 2022 $38 per sq. ft.
There is no additional charge for islands or corners. AHA reserves the right to restrict the availability of certain sizes at their own discretion.
Public Service Rate* $20 PSF

*Public service space is subject to availability. This discounted rate is only available in the nonprofit designated area on the floor so book your nonprofit space now. Limited space available. Once the area is sold out base rates will apply. Proof of nonprofit status must be submitted to Amy.Miller@heart.org for all new organizations.

All Applications received prior to Sept 30 ,2022 will be part of Priority Space Assignments and assigned based on priority points accrued per the exhibiting company. All applications received on or after October 1, 2022 will be assigned upon receipt after Deposit is received. Beginning October 1, 2022 100 % payment due in full before space assignment will be completed. AHA Priority Point Policy can be found in our AHA Scientific Conference Rules & Regulations.

Overtime rates will apply after 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.

Exhibitor Registration

Badges will not be mailed.  Exhibitors can collect their badge from Exhibitor Registration during the following hours:

Basic Inline Booth

Each inline booth (10’ x 10’ – 10’ x 40’ booth) will be set with 8’ high black back drape, 3’ high black side dividers, and a 7” x 44” identification sign and booth identification on floor. Drape will be provided in show colors only.

Floor Covering/Carpet

Carpet is mandatory for all booths. Exhibitors may use their own carpet or order it from the general contractor. The AHA/ASA will provide tuxedo (a black & gray tweed) aisle carpet.

Freight & Equipment Delivery

Freeman will control the docks throughout the International Stroke Conference.  Please refer to Freeman Labor Jurisdictions in Freeman Online for further clarification.

Official Contractors

The ASA Show Management has selected suppliers to provide exhibitors quality service at reasonable prices. The official contractors will have service desks at the Exhibitor Service Center located in back of the Exhibit Hall to assist exhibitors throughout the show.  A complete list of official ASA service contractors is available online. Please check each contractor’s forms for early order discounts and deadlines.

Exhibitors are expected to comply with all Convention Center, City, and State Regulations.
