Move-In/Move-Out/Shipping
| 01/05/26 | First day Freeman will accept boxed, crated, skidded material shipments to warehouse. |
| 01/26/26 | Last day Freeman will accept materials to Freeman Warehouse without penalty. |
| 02/02/26 | Freeman will begin to accept materials shipped directly to show site at the convention center. |
| 02/02/26 | Exhibitor Move-In 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| 02/03/26 | Exhibitor Move-In 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| 02/03/26 | Exhibit hall aisles and booths must be cleared of boxes and crates by 5:00 p.m. The exhibit hall closes at 5 p.m. No one will be allowed to remain in the hall after this time without show management approval. |
| 02/04/26 | International Stroke Conference Exhibits open 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
| 02/05/26 | International Stroke Conference Exhibits open 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
| 02/05/26 | Exhibit Dismantle 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed or plastic covering has been laid in the aisles of the exhibit hall. |
