ISC FLOORPLAN ADJUSTMENTS
Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to make modifications to the show floor. For the most part, exhibitors’ approximate location remained however many booth numbers had to be modified. If you have placed any orders through our official vendors, they will be notified of the changes and orders will be adjusted accordingly. You will receive an updated confirmation notification but please take a moment and review the floorplan<https://isc2022.mapyourshow.com/8_0/exhview/index.cfm>, please contact us with any questions or concerns.
ISC22 SCAVENGER HUNT: OPT IN REQUIRED
To maximize your booth visibility on the exhibit hall floor we are encouraging all exhibitors to participate in our second annual ISC22 Scavenger Hunt. Attendees are encouraged to find and scan each QR code via the ISC 2022 Mobile App to collect points. This is a complimentary activity to help drive traffic in the exhibit hall. If you agree to participate in this scavenger hunt a table top sign will be provided by AHA/ASA with a QR code prominently displayed. This will need to be placed within your exhibit space for attendees to scan when they visit. The top 2 winners will be announced on the last day of the conference and will receive registration for International Stroke 2023 and an annual AHA Professional Membership. LAST CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN A VIRTUAL EXHIBIT
Deadlines to submit content for virtual exhibit booths is JANUARY 6, 2022. An entry level booth is complimentary with your in-person exhibit space, but you needed to select the option when you submitted the exhibit contract. HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL UPDATE
Due to the rise in COVID cases and the highly contagious Delta and Omicron variant, the American Heart Association is requiring all ISC 2022 in-person participants to be fully vaccinated.
