BEWARE OF DATA POACHERS AND FRAUDULENT WEBSITES
The American Heart Association has been alerted to fraudulent websites posing as official Scientific Sessions registration, housing, exhibit, and meeting space websites. Please note that these websites are scams and avoid sharing any personal and/or financial information with them.
The Heart Association does not guarantee any registrations, lodging, exhibit space, and/or meeting space for Scientific Sessions nor any redress for registrations, hotel reservations, exhibit space, and/or meeting space made through an unauthorized provider. For informational purposes, however, the Heart Association asks you to please report any unauthorized activity along with relevant documentation to AHA.NSC.PST@heart.org. This applies if you have either booked lodging, exhibit space, meeting space and/or paid registration fees for Scientific Sessions through an unauthorized provider or received solicitations.
Exhibitatsessions.org is the only official website for exhibiting, advertising and sponsorships at any Heart Association conferences. Please only purchase meeting assets from the Heart Association corporate relations team members with “heart.org” emails, or from representatives of our only official sales vendor, Ascend Media, with “ascendmedia.com” emails. Remember that the Heart Association does not sell nor make available email addresses for registered meeting attendees. Any company contacting you claiming to have this information has obtained it by poaching publicly available data. The Heart Association does NOT recommend the use of these services nor does the Heart Association share attendee lists outside of its official postal mailing lists.
