AHA Scientific Sessions Exhibitors: Know-Before-You-Go

In less than two weeks you’ll be onsite at AHA’s Scientific Sessions meeting with A-list cardiology physicians, researchers and scientists. Here are your last-minute details and reminders:

Exhibitor Registration Hours

Located at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Grand Hall.

  • Thursday, Nov. 14: Noon-5:30 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 15: 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 16: 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov. 17: 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Monday, Nov. 18: 6 a.m.-6 p.m.

Booth Install/Dismantle Hours

Exhibitor Move-In

  • Thursday, Nov. 14: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Friday, Nov. 15: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • All exhibits must be fully installed by 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15.

Exhibitor Move-Out

  • Monday, Nov. 18: 3-7 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Nov. 19: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 20: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Note: Early dismantle of your booth will result in a loss of priority points.

Science & Technology Hall Hours

The new HEART Hub includes extended hours to allow for additional official programming.

Saturday, Nov. 16:

  • HEART Hub: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Exhibitor access: 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Exhibit hours: Noon-6 p.m.
 Sunday, Nov. 17:

  • HEART Hub: 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Exhibitor access: 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
  • Exhibit hours: 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
 Monday, Nov. 18:

  • HEART Hub: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Exhibitor access: 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Exhibit hours: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

Science & Technology Hall Breaks

Limited programming/events outside the Science & Technology Hall:

Saturday, Nov. 16:

  • Noon-2 p.m.
  • 3:15-3:45 p.m.
  • 5-5:30 p.m.
 Sunday, Nov. 17:

  • 10:15-10:45 a.m.
  • Noon-2 p.m.

Exhibitor Lounge

Exhibit sales appointments happen in the Exhibitor Lounge and Sales Office, booth #3255. Coffee and snacks will be available.

Secure your AHA Scientific Sessions 2020 Exhibit Space!

  • All current exhibitors will be assigned an appointment during Scientific Sessions 2019 allowing you the opportunity to select 2020 exhibit space at a reduced rate!
  • Details will be provided via email within the next week.
  • These appointments will be held in the Exhibitor Lounge, booth #3255.
